This week we have taken on our first employee! Samantha Booysen will be working as office manager. She will keep things running smoothly so that the geek in residence can focus on coding. She is all set up with an Ubuntu computer to do her work on and we will include her on our training courses so that she starts to learn about FOSS GIS too. Samantha doesn’t have an IT background but she is very interested in social upliftment which is something close to our hearts here at Linfiniti so we are sure she will fit right in.
